Cards

I am really excited about this time of year! Graduation.


I have several cards that I need to get out for all of the kids graduating. Here are several that I have made so far. This also includes one birthday card.




They are little graduation hats!!! I was very excited about this.
























This one turned out to be one of my favorites

Its hard to see, but i used a 'frost' spray on the black part of the front and on the inside of this card to give it a little bit of 'glitter' :)

I really like the Graduate stamp used on the inside of this card.

This card I made for my brothers upcoming birthday. The inside stamp messed up a little, but thats ok. I really liked the bike sticker on the front.

Progression of some of the cards i have started making....they get a little better as time goes on.





I started my card making in December 2010.

Baby Blanket

I have tried to start to knit a baby blanket. This is only really the 2nd thing i have attempted to do by needles.

Here is what I want to do: Pattern from Lions Yarn

bluebell duckie gold fish lamb pretty pink sweet pea

Here is all I have accomplished so far
I need a total of 81 suqares...lets see if i can do this by June.

I am excited to start trying to knit with needles...we will just have to see where this process takes me and how easily i can catch on.
